British Columbia provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

British Columbia’s untamed nature speak to the soul is the western province in Canada. British Columbia is between Rocky mountain and Pacific Ocean which make this region unique in the world. The population is more than 5000,000. British Columbia is a great place to live and work. The province gives people opportunity to immigrate to Canada through BC PNP. The BC PNP has 3 main categories, which will allow that foreign national to apply for Canadian permanent residence. Each stream has unique eligibility requirements.

If you are eligible under BC PNP, you can calculate your score and do registration. After you register under BC PNP, you will be in pool of BC PNP and if you have enough score then you will be receiving an invitation to submit your documents. The next step will be evaluation of your submitted documents. If your documents will be acceptable then you will be receiving nomination by British Columbia. You can apply directly for permanent Residence to federal government or you can use your nomination through your Express Entry profile. 

Skill immigration

The skill immigration covers 5 group of skill worker:

  • Skilled- Worker 
  • Healthcare professional
  • International Graduate
  • International Post- Graduate
  • Entry Level and Semi- Skilled

Skilled Worker Category designed for individuals who has eligible job offer in British Columbia (Exemption for job offer is just for International Post-Graduate from eligible universities and program in British Columbia they can apply without job offer)

• Express Entry BC

  • Skilled- Worker
  • Healthcare professional
  • International Graduate
  • International Post- Graduate

This category designed for someone with Express Entry profile. There are streams under this category and the eligibility and selection is the same as skill worker.


 • Entrepreneur Immigration

This program is broken down into two categories: Entrepreneur Immigration — Regional Pilot 

Personal requirements To qualify, you must:

  • have a personal net worth of at least CAD$300,000
  • demonstrate business and/or management experience
  • have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada
  • have basic English or French language proficiency equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or higher

Entrepreneur Immigration - Base Category Program Requirements

If you want to immigrate to B.C. and are ready to invest in and actively manage a valid business here, you may qualify for our Entrepreneur Immigration - Base Category. Here is an overview of the requirements. Personal requirements:

• Have a personal net worth of at least CAD$600,000

• Demonstrate business and/or management experience

• Have, or be eligible for, legal immigration status in Canada

• Have basic English or French language proficiency equivalent to Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 4 or higher


You must also have been lawfully admitted in the country where you currently reside. The Entrepreneur Immigration stream is for experienced entrepreneurs who want to actively manage a business in B.C. It is a points-based invitation system. Applicants must have the required personal and investment funds. The maximum score available is 200. To be eligible you should get 32 scores for business concept.
